How do you earn the AMS designation?
****Obtain a CMCA certification
****Read, sign, have notarized, and comply with the CAI Professional Manager Code of Ethics
****Complete and submit the AMS application
****Pay annual maintenance fees (due in August each year)
****Successfully pass a 200-level PMDP course
****Complete two or more years of community association management experience
****Re-designate every three years
****Meet continuing education requirements
