HOA Property Manager
Respected and established property management firm is seeking experienced property manager to manage hi-rise luxury condominium projects in Seattle. Candidate must be professional, able to manage multiple tasks in an organized and timely manner, must be able to communicate with individual homeowners and work directly with HOA Board of Directors. Previous HOA experience desired including preparation of annual budgets, reading and analyzing financials, negotiation of contracts with vendors and insurance companies, managing onsite staff and as well as have a broad knowledge of building systems. 1-3 years experience desired.
