If you could do it all over again, I would... seize more opportunities as they arose, rather than analyzing them (to death).
If I had one year off, I would... Travel: every continent!
Vision of the community association industry: Encouraging further education and certification of professionals within the industry to add to its professionalism and accountability. The benefits to community associations due to increased knowledge and better services provided by industry professionals can only increase membership in CAI locally and nationally.
I have been a volunteer of the Chapter... as a committee member of the newly formed Business Partner Committee. Looking forward to increasing opportunities for business partners as well as bringing in new members.
Why do you volunteer for the Washington State Chapter?: I believe in all that WSCAI is: education, business opportunities, and networking. McLeod Construction has been an active member since 2005, and my husband, Craig, and I have participated in events since 2001. It was time to start giving back to the organization that has made our company what it is today! |
