CAI Member Since: 2001 - Founder, Ken Harer, has been a Washington Chapter member for about 20 years.

Areas Served: Primarily Puget Sound area, but we can serve most any Washington State community association. Phone and email make our services affordable to communities in more remote portions of the state. Our office is located in North Seattle.

Other Association Memberships: Our attorneys are all members of the Washington State Bar Association, and several are members of the American Bar Association, the King County Bar Association, and Snohomish County Bar Association. Ken Harer is also a member of CAI's College of Community Association Lawyers.

Services Provided: Our goal is to serve all of the legal needs a community association might have. Originally focused on construction defect issues, we now have a broad base of services including general counsel, governing document revision, recovery of delinquent assessments, and litigation of all kinds on behalf of our community association clients. Our primary objective is to help our clients solve their problems.

• Based on our understanding of each client's values and objectives, we make recommendations to help them move towards resolution of their problems. We strive to give practical, business savvy advice, in addition to sound legal advice. We try to write in plain English so our clients and opposing parties can understand us.
