Why You Should be A WSCAI Member!
Local newsletters, magazines, web sites and membership directories that keep you up-to-date on news, information and issues affecting community associations at the local level. TYPES OF MEMBERSHIPS:
Community
This membership is for your community and includes up to 20 seats, which can be used for your entire board, committee(s), committee chairs, homeowners, etc. Any property owner in your community is eligible to be added to your community membership.
CAI is committed to helping homeowners and homeowner volunteer leaders enrich their communities. Through CAI, you can learn about innovations in other communities, access time and money-saving tools and take advantage of opportunities to share information and knowledge with your peers.
Having your community board, committee members, and/or active volunteers connected to CAI is the best way to ensure you are making informed decisions—and an excellent way to help your board members achieve the results, respect and recognition they deserve.

Individual Homeowner
This membership is for individual property owners within a community association (must be in WA state), you do not need to be community board member, only a property owner within a community.
If your community association is not ready to join CAI, but as a proactive homeowner, you would like to be privy to the training, service provider connections, informative publications, legislative updates and reference material provided by WSCAI, you may join as an individual homeowner.
