Position Title: Part-Time On-Site HOA Property Manager
Location: Seattle, WA
Position Description:
MaisonVille Condominiums located at 1740 Melrose Ave, Seattle, 98122, is seeking a highly proactive and reliable Part-Time On-Site Property Manager (~15 hours per week) to serve as a dedicated, visible resource for our community. This role requires a strong onsite presence to directly manage maintenance issues, coordinate building access for contractors, and drive ongoing operational projects to completion. The ideal candidate is someone who anticipates needs rather than waiting to be asked, evaluates and implements new feature requests from the community, and prides themselves on being highly responsive and upfront with communication to both residents and the Board.
Salary Range & Benefits:
$25.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include a flexible weekly schedule and paid sick leave in accordance with Washington State law. (Note: Submitted per WA state pay transparency law, as there is no external link).
Requirements:

Prior experience in property management, HOA operations, or facility coordination.

A highly proactive approach to building management, with the ability to independently juggle routine operations, ongoing maintenance, and new community projects.

Exceptional responsiveness and upfront communication skills for interacting with residents, board members, and service providers.

Strong organizational skills and a willingness to be physically onsite to oversee vendors and conduct regular property walkthroughs.

WSCAI membership or familiarity with Washington State HOA regulations is highly preferred.
