Allen Hudson has over 20 years of experience in the Insurance & Risk Management Industries, with a special focus on Real Estate and Multi-Family risk. He is a Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and faculty member for the NAIER, where he teaches risk management and insurance to insurance professionals across the country. Allen is also an active member and sits on the board of directors at PIA (Professional Insurance Agents). A 3x 'Top 100 Agents in the US' award recipient (Business Insurance Magazine), Allen is well known for identifying imperfect systems and challenging the status quo.
He founded CRA to deliver greater value through access to niche markets, personalized service, proactive risk strategies, and competitive insurance solutions tailored to the multi-family industry.
He remains actively engaged in industry trends and regularly shares insights on risk management and insurance issues affecting the multi-family real estate sector and will be speaking at the 2026 CAI National Convention on the future of Common Interest Communities.
