Dianna Kaspar, CIC, CIRMS – Dianna is a member of the Community Association Underwriters’ (CAU) team based in Bellevue, Washington, supporting approximately 1,400 Community Associations throughout Washington and Oregon. With nearly two decades at CAU, she has deep insight into the specific insurance needs of Community Associations, along with their boards and homeowners. CAU’s exclusive dedication to community associations—including residential and commercial condominiums, co-ops, and homeowners’ associations—enables them to provide precisely tailored coverage for this sector. Dianna also actively participates in WSCAI and currently contributes her expertise to the CA Day Committee.
