Lynda Daniels
Proprietor, Integrity Group NW
Lynda A. Daniels is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. As Owner and Principal of Integrity Group NW, she has built a reputation for her expertise in construction consulting, project management, and advocacy for Community Managers and Homeowners’ Association (HOA) Boards.
In 2001, Lynda and her late husband, Kent Daniels, co-founded a general contracting company in Idaho specializing in custom homes, remodeling, spec homes, multifamily housing, and commercial construction.
In 2011, the Daniels family relocated to the Puget Sound area and established Integrity Group NW. Their mission expanded beyond construction services to provide specialized support to Community Managers and HOA Boards navigating complex construction projects, contractor proposals, project documentation, and project management.
Following Kent’s passing in May 2024 after 35 years of marriage, Lynda continued to lead Integrity Group NW and carry forward the vision they built together. Today, she oversees construction consulting, bid solicitation, contractor negotiations, and project management for multifamily communities. Lynda remains committed to protecting her clients’ interests and ensuring projects are completed with the integrity and professionalism that have defined the company since its inception.
Outside of work, Lynda enjoys spending time with her three sons, daughter-in-law, and two granddaughters.
