Ryan Talaga, RS

Ryan brings six years of experience in the preparation and development of reserve studies, supported by a Master of Business Administration from Whitworth University. He began his association with Association Reserves as a high school intern, where he led the digital archiving of more than two decades of records and contributed to financial analysis modeling for community associations.

Ryan launched his professional career with Engie Insight, where he advanced quickly into a team leadership role within the resource management division. In this capacity, he led a team specialized in cost trend analysis, providing strategic insights to support resource planning and financial decision-making.

His combined background in data analysis, operations, and resource management positions him as an effective and detail-oriented project manager. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and playing guitar.
