Samantha Brown

Samantha (formerly of Barker Martin, but recently with the new Community Association Law Group) is an experienced general counsel attorney and litigator. Sam's primary objective as community association general counsel is to find efficient, practical solutions for her clients while being mindful of her clients’ goals, both long-and short-term. Sam prides herself on being a compassionate and diligent advocate through attentive and dedicated service to her clients and finding unique and innovative solutions to problems. She has handled legal work ranging from amending governing documents, to mediating ACC issues, to litigating complex cases.
