Community Manager
Professional Bio
Kristen McCormick, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, Agynbyte’s Chief Executive Officer, has been an industry trailblazer since 2005. She began her career in Florida as a state-licensed community association manager before quickly advancing to a regional leadership position.
Kristen was then brought on to serve as general manager of a luxury high-rise, partnering with the board and their team of employees to refine the community’s record-keeping, budget, and preventative maintenance strategies. As a developer liaison in North and South Carolina, she drafted responsible budgets as the infrastructure evolved and amenities increased. She successfully bridged the relationship between developer and homeowners, ensuring a smooth transition and an empowered volunteer board of directors. Kristen also took on the management of high-end clientele comprised exclusively of historic buildings in Massachusetts and worked with the City of Boston’s landmarks commission to coordinate necessary capital improvements while maintaining the buildings' architectural integrity.
Placing a high value on industry collaboration, manager education, and board member engagement, Kristen serves on the Board of Directors for the Washington State chapter of Community Associations Institute (WSCAI), is Chair of WSCAI’s Managers Only Meeting Committee, and a member of WSCAI’s Education and DEI Committees. She additionally participates in industry presentations focused on board member and manager training.
When not working at one of the fastest growing management companies in the Pacific Northwest, Kristen can be found outside on the trails or visiting the coast with her husband and two dogs.
