Hal Hovey

Hal has served on the Waterside Condominium Board of Directors for fifteen years -- first as a member at large, then as the vice president, secretary and currently as president for the past four years. Volunteerism is forefront in Hal’s life. He’s a member of the City of Oak Harbor Salary Commission, a former planning commissioner for the City of Oak Harbor, a previous director of the North Puget Sound Association of Realtors (NPSAR), and a member of the Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce and Main Street Associations. He’s an active participant at the Arts Commission and Parks Board meetings, as well as at City Council Meetings.
