Joy Steele brings nearly 15 years of experience in the HOA and Condo industry, where she has become a trusted voice and regular content contributor for multiple CAI Chapters. She previously chaired the Communications Committee for the WSCAI Journal and is a proud member of both the National Society of Newspaper Columnists and the Society of Professional Journalists. Joy is passionate about crafting clear, compelling communications and is always eager to explore new ways to better serve her clients. When she’s not writing or collaborating with communities, Joy enjoys audiobooks, podcasts, spending time with her family and dogs, and is forever on the hunt for the perfect taco.
