Kimberly Diane Chick, CMCA, AMS

Kim Chick, CMCA, AMS, has been a community association manager for over 11 years.  She previously managed 26 community associations, an HOA & COA mix, until shifting to Large Scale Community Management at Issaquah Highland Community Association.  Kim currently Chairs the Managers Only Meeting Committee, is on the Annual Conference Committee, and has twice been nominated for WSCAI Manager of the Year.  Kim believes in working with owners to get compliance by extending consistent love and understanding, without forsaking clear directions and owner accountability.  Kim also serves as the Trustees' Chairperson for Kent United Methodist Church.
