This presentation is a guideline for a community looking to work with a management company.  It will cover expectations a community should have of a management company as well as things a board is responsible for in this relationship.  We will discuss what type of management you should look for and, most importantly, what does the right management company look like. 

Presenter:

Scott Roth, CMCA, AMS, VIS Group, Director of Community Management
Scott began his career as a Maintenance Supervisor in this Industry 30 years ago. He was soon elevated to an on-site management position and then an area Manager. He helped grow his previous company from 6 Associations to over 50 in five years and later found a wonderful home with VIS Group. There he is able to follow his passion for educating and helping those who are new to the industry become the best they can be. He is also allowed the freedom and balance to spend time with my wonderful wife and three amazing kids who are 3, 1 ½, and a newborn.
