DIRECTIONS & PARKING

The SCC Arch Garage is located at 1400 8th Ave, Seattle, WA 98101.
  • Upon entering the Seattle Convention Center (SCC) Arch garage, you’ll receive a GARAGE TICKET. Keep that with you as it will be needed for departure. (Don’t leave the garage ticket in your car.) 
  • Registered attendees will be provided complimentary parking in the SCC Arch garage thanks to the exhibitors participating in the Scavenger Hunt!
  • SCC complimentary parking vouchers are only valid for the SCC Arch garage.
    (Note: The convention center now has multiple buildings. Please be sure to park in the ARCH PARKING GARAGE only) Vouchers will be provided upon check-in at the CA Day Registration desk in the morning. Both the ticket and voucher will be needed. The provided parking vouchers are valid for Saturday, 10/5 only and will expire after 11:59pm. 
  • When leaving, head to the parking garage via the 3rd floor. Follow the instructions on the self-service machines located at the building entrance and the parking garage exit. No cash transactions – credit card, parking debit card, or parking vouchers are the accepted methods of payment for parking.

7:00 am: Exhibitor Registration open for packet pick-up (1 representative will pick up the Exhibitor Packet. It will include badges for all registered booth staffers. SPEAKER badges will be at registration desk for attendees.) What is the booth size and what is included with the booth?

The booth is 10 feet x 10 feet with black pipe and drape.  It comes with a 6 foot table and 2 chairs.  Two booth reps are included with the booth purchase.  You can purchase additional booth rep tickets on the registration page.

How do I register my booth reps?

Two booth reps are included with the booth purchase and you can register them using the Booth rep ticket on the registration page. You can purchase additional booth rep tickets on the registration page as well.

Can I swap booth reps mid-day without having to pay for extra booth reps?

No

Does a speaker that will also man the exhibitor booth need to be registered as a booth rep?

Yes

Can I bring swag/giveaways to have at the booth?

Yes, but no outside food or beverages are permitted unless they are a sealed giveaway that will not be opened during the event. Candy is permitted.

Should we attend the reception at 3?

Yes! The reception is for networking, exhibitor giveaways and the announcement of the scavenger hunt winner.

Will exhibitor parking be validated?

No, unless you are a speaker (speaker parking is validated).

WSCAI “NO-SUITCASING” POLICY: CAI has a no-tolerance policy regarding “suitcasing,” which describes the practice by non-sponsoring companies or individuals soliciting sales or sales leads at the seminar, and/or representing their services or soliciting seminar participants for conflicting social activities. Non-sponsoring business partners participating in the seminar as attendees or speakers are prohibited from soliciting business in or after sessions, or at the seminar venue. Violators of these policies will be ejected from the seminar if applicable, and charged $2,000, which must be paid prior to registering as an attendee, exhibitor, or sponsor at any future CAI events.

Registrants can get their parking validated by parking in the Arch Garage of the Seattle Convention Center. This garage is located at 1400 8th Ave, Seattle, WA 98101. This is the only garage for which WSCAI offers parking validation for the event.
All attendees receive breakfast, lunch, and light appetizers at the reception. 
All allergy information should be entered during the registration process. If you need to add or update this information after registering, please email info@wscai.org prior to September 25, 2025. 
Yes. While we don't offer half-day registrations, all attendees are free to attend as much or as little as they'd like. Credit hours are awarded based on actual attendance. 
Registration for homeowners starts at $80. Manager registration starts at $105. Business Partner registrations start at $400.
Yes, CA Day attendees can receive a max of 3 credit hours for attending. Credit is determined by actual presentation attendance.
No! This event is open to the general public and non-member rates are available through the registration page. Members receive discounted registrations.
