Join WSCAI and Manager members as we tour downtown condominium properties.
This is a multi-location event. Attendees will be assigned a starting condominium and small group prior to the event. Your starting location, address, group leader, and group leader contact information will be emailed to you before event day. All groups will rotate through First Light, The Emerald, Cristalla, and One Pacific Towers before meeting at Kells Irish Restaurant & Pub for the after-party mixer.

Get an inside look at four standout Seattle condominium communities during the WSCAI Condo Crawl!
Attendees will travel in small groups to First Light, The Emerald, Cristalla, and One Pacific Towers, getting a behind-the-scenes look at each property and learning more about the unique features, operations, and management considerations that go into these communities.
Each group will be led by a WSCAI group leader and will rotate through all four properties throughout the afternoon. Once the crawl is complete, everyone will come together at Kells Irish Restaurant & Pub for an after-party mixer featuring small bites, a complimentary drink ticket, and plenty of time to connect with fellow attendees and sponsors.
Please Note: This is a walking event. Attendees will travel on foot between condominium locations throughout downtown Seattle, so comfortable walking shoes are strongly encouraged.
Registered attendees will receive their assigned starting location, group leader, and additional event-day details prior to the event.
