Ryan Donohue is the Chief Advocacy Officer at Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King & Kittitas Counties. He brings 20 years of advocacy and political experience to the affordable homeownership policy space, helping to bring creative problem-solving to addressing the affordable housing crisis facing our communities. He has been named by the Housing Development Consortium as a Housing Advocate of the Year and is on the Board of Directors for the Washington Homeownership Resource Center. |

Karissa Johnson, CMCA, AMS, CMH Karissa is the former Program Manager of Community Associations for Habitat for Humanity, bringing together her experience in Association Management and Community activism to support Habitat owners in their HOA communities from inception and beyond. Karissa has considerable experience in customer service, project management and labor organizing. Karissa spearheaded the Peer to Peer HOA group for Habitat affiliates across the nation, revitalized Homeowner HOA training and materials and created internal programs for stewardship and owner support throughout the Habitat portfolio. She is now a Business Association Manager with CWD Group where she will manage a full portfolio of Habitat communities. |
