In this presentation, Jeremy will draw from real-world case studies to examine common building envelope deficiencies, diagnostic best practices, and the latest standards driving performance expectations. Jeremy is a licensed architect in Washington, a member of the Seattle Building Enclosure Council (SeaBEC), and an affiliate of the RCI Registered Consultants network. His extensive background makes him uniquely equipped to help owners, designers, and property managers better understand how envelope design decisions — and inspection strategies — directly impact building performance over time.
