Building Property & Envelope Inspections

In this presentation, Jeremy will draw from real-world case studies to examine common building envelope deficiencies, diagnostic best practices, and the latest standards driving performance expectations. Attendees will gain valuable insight into how proactive inspection, testing, and design coordination can mitigate risk, reduce long-term maintenance costs, and improve building durability and energy efficiency. Jeremy is a licensed architect in Washington, a member of the Seattle Building Enclosure Council (SeaBEC), and an affiliate of the RCI Registered Consultants network. His extensive background makes him uniquely equipped to help owners, designers, and property managers better understand how envelope design decisions — and inspection strategies — directly impact building performance over time.

This course is approved by Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) to fulfill continuing education requirements for the CMCA® certification.
