Michael Arndt is a Project Technologist/Consultant in RDH’s Seattle office specializing in enhancing the resilience of existing buildings. He provides comprehensive support across all stages of building projects, with a holistic approach that includes long-term planning for building owners. As RDH’s lead expert on Washington State’s Clean Buildings Performance Standard (CBPS) and Seattle’s Building Emissions Performance Standard (BEPS), Michael plays a pivotal role in shaping sustainable building practices. He actively engages in WA State CBPS stakeholders' meetings, participates in the City of Seattle BEPS focus groups, and contributes to Oregon State’s BPS rulemaking advisory committee, with a particular focus on the impacts to associations. |
