Bryce Kennedy serves as the Director at Servpro of Seattle NW, a premier provider of 24/7 emergency mitigation and restoration services. An IICRC WRT Certified Senior Project Manager, Bryce specializes in large-scale fire and water mitigation, mold remediation, and biohazard clean-up for condominium associations and their residents. Over the past decade, he and his team have managed more than $125M in mitigation projects and successfully resolved over 6,000 water loss claims across the Puget Sound region.

 

A dedicated advocate for the industry, Bryce has been an active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) for over 12 years. His contributions include authoring articles for various industry journals, leading continuing education seminars, and volunteering for charitable initiatives.

 

Outside of his professional pursuits, Bryce’s main focus is supporting his three children and his wife of 20 years. He is a graduate of the University of Washington and a devoted family man. A multi-instrumentalist, he actively records music and supports local arts programs. He also maintains an active lifestyle through travel, yoga, and golf.
