INSURANCE MYTHS - TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES
Join us to dispel myths around common insurance misconceptions heard from board members and homeowners.
Who’s responsible for the damage when the refrigerator supply line breaks?
Why are they forced to change deck railings that met previous codes?
Why do they need a roof inspection when they already have a reserve study?
The consequences for not complying with the policy or the underwriting guidelines can be severe, including potential legal issues, increased costs or even cancellation. This webinar provides the knowledge needed to empower associations to protect their insurability in the dynamic insurance market.
This course is approved by Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) to fulfill continuing education requirements for the CMCA® certification.
