LITIGATION OF HOMEOWNERS/CONDOMINIUM UNIT OWNERS AGAINST ASSOCIATIONS
Join attorneys Michael Brandt and Jo Flannery in a discussion about the various scenarios in which homeowners and condominium unit owners bring lawsuits against their associations for actions taken by their Board of Directors or the inaction of the Board of Directors, from water loss management disputes to improper fines for violations of association rules. Throughout the presentation, Michael and Jo will discuss the ways that Boards and their Community Association Managers can avoid such matters ever reaching the courthouse.
