Event Details

Join WSCAI and Seattle King County REALTORS®for a collaborative afternoon of education and connection on April 30 from 3:00–6:00 PM at the Washington Athletic Club. This complimentary event is open to all members of both organizations and brings community managers and real estate professionals together to strengthen partnerships across the industry.

The program will focus on resale certificates, including recent updates and practical insights into how managers and REALTORS® can work more effectively together throughout the transaction process. Attendees will gain a clearer understanding of expectations, timelines, and best practices to improve communication and outcomes for clients and communities.

Following the educational session, enjoy a relaxed happy hour featuring light appetizers and one drink ticket per attendee. This is a great opportunity to continue the conversation, build relationships, and exchange ideas with peers from both industries.
