Terms of Service All sponsorships, advertising, and marketing purchases are final sale, and no refunds or credits will be issued. Sponsorship opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not considered secured until an order is submitted and confirmed by WSCAI. Sponsors are responsible for submitting all required logos, advertisements, artwork, attendee information, and other materials by published deadlines and in the specifications requested by WSCAI; failure to meet deadlines may result in the forfeiture of associated benefits without refund. WSCAI reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event dates, locations, schedules, programming, benefits, or deliverables when circumstances require. Sponsorship benefits may not be transferred, substituted, or shared without prior written approval from WSCAI. Participation in WSCAI sponsorship and advertising opportunities does not constitute an endorsement by WSCAI of any company, product, or service. WSCAI reserves the right to reject or remove advertising, marketing materials, or sponsorship participation that is inconsistent with WSCAI policies, standards, mission, or the interests of the association and its members. By placing an order, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to these terms and any additional requirements associated with the selected sponsorship, advertising, or marketing opportunity.
