Dear Homeowner Members,
As many of you know, WUCIOA For All is here, with full implementation of the law occurring in 2028. WSCAI has always been homeowner focused. Everything we do is designed to build stronger, better-managed communities and to support long-term community harmony.
With that mission in mind, WSCAI is pleased to offer complimentary annual conference registration to our homeowner members.*
Why are we doing this? WUCIOA represents a major change. It will affect more than 2 million Washington residents living in HOAs, COAs, and other common-interest communities. Preparing for this shift requires clear education and reliable resources. We believe informed board members and homeowners are critical to successful implementation across the state.
That is why we are removing cost as a barrier to attendance. Providing education and preparation is more important to us than collecting registration fees. As Washington’s largest nonprofit serving common-interest communities, we take seriously our responsibility to ensure members understand what these new laws mean for their communities.
We also hope to learn from you. Throughout the conference, we will gather feedback, questions, and perspectives from homeowners to share with elected officials and policymakers as WUCIOA continues to evolve.
This is a one-time situation for this year only, available for the important reasons set forth above. We hope you will join us for the conference and take advantage of this opportunity to learn more about the impacts of WUCIOA and to help shape the conversation ahead.
You must be logged into your WSCAI.org account to access this ticket type (email info@wscai.org should you need assistance). Because this will have a significant financial impact on WSCAI, registering for a complimentary ticket constitutes an agreement to reimburse WSCAI the ticket cost ($125) if you register but do not attend. To help avoid this, we will send a reminder two days before the cancellation deadline so you may cancel if your plans change. Cancellations are not permitted within 30 days of the event. However, your registration may be transferred to another eligible member of your community or board.
Warm regards,
The WSCAI Board of Directors
* ‎Terms: subject to availability and capacity limits. Based on first-come, first served. No-show fee equal to the value of registration ($125). Excludes day 1 of AC26 and LAC Night- both require additional purchase. If you have already paid for registration, we will refund your purchase or credit your account.
